The 5th annual Equinox Forest Rave, an 18+ dance event featuring electronic music acts including Girlpit, Eisebelle, Spinnick, Sunrise Hunter, Negative Zeal, Honey Tazer, and MTHRMRCY.

There are times when it is important to weaponize sound against the vulnerable ears of persons of interest in areas of recreation where the public is drawn. Qualified sound “blasters” have established electronic dance music as the most successful tool in the continued sound skirmishes playing out across Seattle, WA today. Modern advancements in timbre and “groove” have diversified the weapons commonly seen in deployment (i.e. “concerts”), creating unpredictable activation points on sponsored operations. To best prepare for an everchanging landscape, the following “SEARCH & DESTROY” demonstration showcases a vertical slice of a diverse, bass-heavy arsenal the public is at particular risk of presently: garage, club, UK bass, and sounds of similar threat potentiality.
